1. Overview

By subscribing to LXCOLLECTIVE, you agree to receive ongoing video editing services on a monthly basis. These terms outline how our service works and what you can expect from us.

2. Subscription & Billing

• All plans are billed on a monthly basis.
• Payment must be made upfront before work begins.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

3. Scope of Work

• Each plan includes a fixed number of deliverables (e.g. reels, YouTube videos).
• Work is completed based on your selected package.
• Additional requests outside the plan may be quoted separately.

4. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity.
• We aim to deliver content as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
• Delays may occur if assets or feedback are not provided on time.

5. Revisions

• Each video includes up to 3 rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise.
• Revisions should be clear and consolidated.
• Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing all required assets (footage, voiceovers, references).
• Clear communication and timely feedback help us deliver faster.

7. Pausing & Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
• To cancel, please email lxcollectivemyy@gmail.com.
• No refunds will be issued for work already completed or ongoing cycles.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

9. Ownership & Usage

• Final delivered videos are yours to use.
• LXCOLLECTIVE reserves the right to showcase work for portfolio/marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.

10. Communication

• Communication will be done via agreed channels (e.g. WhatsApp, email).
• We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Service Limitations

• LXCOLLECTIVE does not guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g. views, virality).
• We focus on quality editing and storytelling.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service implies agreement to the latest version.
